I really like Storycorps. People interview each other. The truth and emotion in every story is palpable in their voices and it always leaves me touched. You can find Storycorps at NPR.org.
Here are a few stories I like….
This story is about Mrs. Divine. I love these voices.

This one is in honor of MLK day. I’ve shared this one with my students.

This next one is a granddaughter interviewing her grandfather. Towards the end the grandfather says, “I think when we got married, we made all new tracks and we never stepped in any old tracks. I want you to do the same thing. Live with courage.”

Miss you, Mr. Prater! I have a few overdue photos for you from John and Rachel’s New Years fête.
